The committee will assign (plot) articles to relevant journals and provide this information to the authors. Authors may then decide whether to proceed with the submission to that journal or withdraw their articles.
Articles that are presented will be confirmed to have passed the journal’s administrative stage. However, the substantive selection process will still be carried out by the journal to determine whether the articles are eligible for publication.
Participants may only choose one, either publication in the proceedings or publication in a journal.
The committee will place articles in journals that are indexed in SINTA.
The conference registration fee does not include article publication costs. The publication fee for the proceedings will be announced later.
The official article template will be provided to participants after completing the payment process and filling out the registration form (Google Form).
Articles submitted to the conference committee have no page limit. However, authors must still comply with the template requirements of the target journal for publication.
Will the presentation sessions be conducted in English, Indonesian, or both?
Certificates are only given to the author who serves as the presenter and delivers the paper during the conference.
