The presentations that make up the current and archived conferences on this site have been made open access and are freely available for viewing, for the benefit of authors and interested readers.
Peer Review Proses
All submitted manuscripts are read by Editor in Chief of the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PSYCHOLGY AND HEALTH ISSUE (ICoPHI) initially for desk evaluation. Unsuitable submitted manuscripts in terms of focus and scope would be rejected promptly without external review. Manuscripts evaluated to be of potential interest to our readership would be sent to the reviewers. The editors then make a decision based on the reviewer’s recommendation from among several possibilities: rejected, require major revision, need minor revision, or accepted. Determination of the article that will be presented in ICoPHI carried out through single-blind peer review.
The stages of the review process applied at ICoPHI are as the following:
- Submission of manuscripts. It is only processed via online at the website: https://icophi.fpk.unp.ac.id/index.php/ichopi/ichopi/user/account
- The submitted manuscripts would be checked whether it complies ICoPHI author guidelines and template for submission, also whether the manuscript matches the focus and scope. If appropriate, the next process will be carried out. The editor will notify immediately via email.
- The manuscripts would be checked with Turnitin (similarity check). We really consern about plagiarism issues.
- The manuscripts would be reviewed by an assigned editor to find out whether it contributes sufficiently to the development of knowladge. The manuscripts that qualify at this stage would be proceeded to the review stage by two peer reviewers.
- The manuscript that is accepted with revisions (minor or major), it would contain comments from peer reviewers and would be returned to the author for revision.
- The author is given the time to revise the manuscript no later than one month.
Manuscripts that have gone through final revisions and accepted by the editor would be presented in the ICoPHI.
Submission Preparation
- Present at this conference a paper that will be submitted for publication in the conference proceedings.
- Pass the abstract selection process, as evidenced by a Letter of Acknowledgement (LoA) from the conference committee.
- Upload the manuscript according to the template provided through the link shared by the committee.
- Participate in the review process by the conference publications division and publisher.
- Pass the review selection process by obtaining an Letter of Acknowledgement (LoA) for publication in the proceedings in collaboration with this conference.
Copyright Notice
- Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
- Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
- In addition, authors are encouraged to post and share their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) at any point before and after the conference.
